The museum has a discovery tour showing you how wax figures are made and also has waxworks depicting some of the important events from the 20th century including the fall of the Berlin wall and the first step on the moon. The museum has a wide variety on show so that everyone will find something that appeals to them.</p>
<p>Open &#8211; Monday &#8211; Friday 10.00 &#8211; 18.30. Saturday, Sunday and French school holidays 	10.00 &#8211; 19.00. Last admission one hour before closing.</p>

In 38 seconds the elevator takes you up over 640 ft to the 56th floor where you can discover Paris from all directions.</p>
<p>From the tower you can see all of Paris’ landmarks and major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and the Arc De Triomphe for example. The indoor observatory set at the top of the tower is equipped with audiovisual and interactive facilities giving you many opportunities to find out as much or as little as you want about Paris.</p>
<p>Open &#8211; 1st April to 30th September, 7 days a week 09:30-23:30.<br />
            1st October to 31st March, 7 days a week 09:30-22:30, 23:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.</p>
<p>The last elevator leaves 30 minutes before closing.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the 1900’s the museum was originally built as a train station. 50 years later it was discovered that the original design could not accommodate the modern trains due to the platforms being too short and so it was decided that it would be turned into a theatre. In the 1970’s the building was remodelled again, this time into the museum that it is today. This museum houses artwork from some of the greatest painter such as Monet, Renoir and Van Gogh to name a few. The museum is situated on the banks of the Seine opposite the tuileries gardens.</p>
<p>Open &#8211; Tuesday to Sunday 09.30-17.30. Late night on Thursday till 21.30.</p>
<p>Closed &#8211; Mondays, 1st January, 1st May and 25th December.</p>
